Better than OEM quality Main Wiring Harness for 2k5 and 2k6 Bob Long Intimidators. These work for Gen 3 and Gen 4 Timmys or any 2k2 timmy that has been 2k5ed.
 
After getting sick and tired of breaking harnesses while testing our matching boards, we decided to produce our own harness. Bob Long decided to use Molex Picoblade connectors which tend to be very fragile at the crimp point at the connector. There were a few issues with the original units that we intended to fix.
 
The 1st upgrade over the stock harness is that both connectors have a strain relieving glue bond at the critical point of failure for an extended life.
 
The 2nd upgrade is the wires have been twisted into pairs which provides a few benefits. The twisting both allows the wires to have a bit more strain relief when bending and strength when they are pulled on. Also the twisting allows for easier wire management in general.
 
The 3rd upgrade is the wire itself, which is an automotive grade wire with a thinner casing. The stock OEM wires are actually very thick for the Molex crimp connection and we believe this leads to a worst connection joint so by using a thinner cased wire we get the benefit of a better crimped connection to add to the overall strength of the harness.
 
This is a simple part that we just want to have available for when anyone actually needs one. If you have an OEM harness and it is still working there is no need to replace it, but when that eventually breaks, this is a nice option to get your marker up and running.
