We built up this performance seal kit after many years of teching and tuning Angel LCDs.
The kit is comprehensive and includes all accessible seals and orings in the Angel LCD.
These seals are not just generic 70 durometer buna-n orings, They are a combination of 50 durometer orings, 90 durometer orings, and 70 durometer quad-rings for dynamic seals, new u cup ring for the ram, and a new laser cut solenoid gasket.
From reg testing we have seen a roughly 7% improvement on recharge rate on the mini-reg by switching from 90 durometer Urethane orings to 70 durometer quad-rings, which is a significant difference for such a simple upgrade.
Seals are included for the following:
Ram - All seals inside and out including a new u cup wiper and a quad ring for the ram shaft.
LPR - All seals besides the seat that is not replaceable, including the metric internal seal in 50 durometer
Valve - Both seals on the valve body in 50 durometer
Flash Tank - All seals for the Flash Tank in 50 durometer
Mini Reg - All seals besides the seat that is not replaceable, including quad rings for the dynamic seals on the piston.
Solenoid - Angel Gasket only, solenoids internal gaskets are not included.
Tank - Extra 90 Durometer Orings for the Tank Included
Front Plugs - 50 Durometer seals included with extra
Breach Seal - Metric seal included for both the Breach and the Ball Detent
This kit is aimed at not just rebuilding an LCD but trying to get the best performance out of it.
